Using the above table as a reference:
If your Priority Date is PRIOR to November 22nd, 2022 your priority date is considered “Current”. As such, the U.S. Government is moving forward with reviewing and processing your Green Card petition.
If your Priority Date is AFTER November 22nd, 2022 you are still subject to “Retrogression”. As such, you must continue to wait for the date listed in the Visa Bulletin table to move forward enough to include the date of your Priority Date, before the U.S. government continues processing your Green Card petition.
